My name is Ethan Whited, and I've spent my entire life in Maine. Born and raised here, I know firsthand what Maine homes go through — the brutal winters, the freeze-thaw cycles that crack foundations and pull caulk loose, the short summers that make exterior maintenance feel like a race against time. This isn't somewhere I moved to start a business. It's home, and I treat every property I work on with that same sense of ownership and care.

By day I teach high school engineering, which means problem-solving isn't just something I do — it's something I teach. I bring that same analytical mindset to every job I take on at Whited & Co, LLC. Before I pick up a tool I think through the problem, understand what's actually causing it, and find the right solution rather than the quick one. Homeowners deserve someone who thinks that way, and that's exactly what I bring to every visit.

Over the past five to ten years I've built hands-on experience across a wide range of home repair and maintenance disciplines — from carpentry and flooring to plumbing fixtures, electrical, painting, exterior maintenance, and everything in between. I started doing this work because I love it, and I built Whited & Co, LLC because I saw how many homeowners in Cumberland County were struggling to find someone reliable, skilled, and honest to help them take care of their biggest investment.
